| The
Ribavirin Pregnancy Registry
is an important public health program established
to assess any birth defects occurring in outcomes
of pregnancy exposed to ribavirin in-utero. It
is a voluntary Registry established to collect
and evaluate pregnancy exposures to ribavirin.

| Exposures
to ribavirin are direct exposures through the pregnant
female taking ribavirin or indirect exposures through
her male sexual partner who has taken ribavirin. |

| Exposures
of interest to the Registry are those occurring
during pregnancy or up to six (6) months before
conception. |
