The Ribavirin Pregnancy Registry is an important public health program established to assess any birth defects occurring in outcomes of pregnancy exposed to ribavirin in-utero. It is a voluntary Registry established to collect and evaluate pregnancy exposures to ribavirin. (Please read the letter from noted HCV (hepatitis C) experts and members of the Registry Scientific Advisory Board.)

Exposures to ribavirin are direct exposures through the pregnant female taking ribavirin or indirect exposures through her male sexual partner who has taken ribavirin.

Exposures of interest to the Registry are those occurring during pregnancy or up to six (6) months before conception.

If you are interested in the Registry and want more information click on contact us and/or continue for more information.

The success of the Registry depends on the continued participation of health-care providers and their ribavirin exposed patients for registration and follow-up.The support and participation of patients and providers who have participated are greatly appreciated.
